Starting with a cluttered office space with an unappealing foyer, our own office space on Level One within the historic Pukekohe Masonic Centre has been radically transformed, subtlety mimicking the blue hues found in the practice logo. Defined by a central column with which the hub of the office is established, a series of workstations around the perimeter of the space help to create the illusion of extensive space and generous use of white walls and furniture - offset by Resene 'Bokara Grey' on the suspended ceilings help reinforce the look of the office, finishing it with a very clean and sharp environment.
You are warmly greeted by timber laminate flooring at the front deck - durable and weather resistant - and helping to balance proportions between the entry foyer and the workstations, defined by a Lundia bookshelf containing our regularly used reference materials and accented with a couple of black leather 'Wassily' Chairs - designed by Marcel Breuer - which gives the office a certain designer flair.
The sensation of movement is created by glazing the office frontage to the communal corridor with aluminium joinery allowing guests passing by or coming in the opportunity to look into the freshly renovated space.
